Franklin Fascia Massage

This oval, textured massage roller helps to relax tight muscles and improve circulation.

Applying gentle, consistent pressure while rolling, you will see red stippling on the skin.  The added texture of the prop promotes blood flow to the area after massaging the tissue, as well as build better sensory feedback. 
You can roll hands, neck, shoulders, feet.  Anywhere you may experience chronic tension.   
A studio favorite is to use one hand, gently pressing and rolling the prop into the calf, around the achillies, and ankle.
